Apollo Insurance is an innovative IT solution for the insurance industry in every way. The solution is modular and parameterized, and consists of several subsystems in order to be easily adaptable to the business technology of a particular insurance company. In addition to the planning and finance subsystems, in the insurance subsystem some modules functionally cover certain areas of insurance (property, AO / AK, accident, transport, etc.). The concept of modularity enables easy upgrading of packages, ie expansion and introduction of new functions and types of insurance as needed, even without additional programming, just by entering new tariffs. Also, such a concept allows each user to have a system fully adapted to the technology of their business. Through the insurance technology subsystem, the user enters and maintains his tariff system, which may be specific or in accordance with some of the adopted standards in insurance.

The technology or tariff system supports all types of non-life (property, car liability / motor hull, accident, transport, loans …) and life insurance (life, pension …) as well as reinsurance and co-insurance.

It supports the automation of operations in insurance companies of arbitrary hierarchical structures, supports the operations of the company’s headquarters, if necessary the operations of regional centers and branches, and at the lowest level of branches and agents. It is designed so that in no aspect does it impose restrictions on the business system of the insurance company, it enables an arbitrary number of branches and other organizational parts, partners, contracts and policies, changes and all other data.

Apollo Insurance is a complete and fully integrated support system to all business processes in insurance, and from a functional point of view it consists of the following subsystems and modules:

PLANNING

The planning subsystem is comprehensive and enables the planning of all business processes in the company. Planning can be at any level (strategic, operational …) and at any time (long-term, medium-term, short-term). Monitoring the implementation of plans and reporting is tabular and graphical, at different levels, for example at the level of the item or group of items, organizational unit, service, employee, partner, agent, etc.

DAMAGE PROCESSING

Within the insurance module there is also an integrated module for claims processing. This module uses information from contracting to form a subject in relation to the contracted technology.

In the opposite direction, the calculation module also communicates with the claims module in order to possibly prevent the return of the premium in case there is a damage under the policy and similar examples. Each damage goes through predefined phases and controls related to each of these phases in relation to the entered parameters.
As a result of the damage module, a complete documentation of claims with calculated amounts, provisions, invoices and other necessary elements was obtained. Invoices are automatically accounted for according to a defined model, taking into account parameters from claims processing such as type of insurance, etc. An Electronic Payment Order is also automatically generated.

The authorization system is also defined in detail and linked to this module, where the insurance thresholds are defined by authorizations, types of insurance and other parameters.

The module contains a special part through which the database of necessary documentation for damage processing is expanded / upgraded.
It is possible to import certain damages that are externally electronically generated by third parties. The module has an independent damage calculation system, but communication with external programs can also be achieved, so in these cases a detailed damage calculation can be done externally.

LEGAL

In the legal service sector, the independent processes that arise in this service can be updated, as well as the processes created by the dispute over already existing cases of damage. In both cases, the module generates the necessary documentation and invoices with automatic posting in finance. Work with several different books is supported – lawsuit book, recourse book, rent book, book of due premiums, etc.
